Effecta Learning is a dynamic training company that has grown to become the largest provider of courses in the area of Avaya systems. Since 2004, Effecta Learning has also specialised in e-learning courses which it offers alongside its class-based courses.

Effecta Learning has more than ten years experience in training and supervising employees when implementing communication platforms and, in particular, in relation to contact centres. We develop e-learning application in close consultation with our customers.

Effecta Learning consists of a team of specialised and driven employees who are always ready for action. Routine processes are outsourced to reliable business partners as much as possible.
