Definity Audix
This course will be suitable for those who are responsible for the management of the voice mail environment.
Course content
You will learn how to independently manage and generate system and user aspects during this course.
The following subjects will be discussed:
- How to handle the user interface of Avaya Site Administration (ASA)
- How to configure Definity Audix
- How to create, modify and delete subscribers
- How to monitor users and the system
- Specific facilities offered by ASA related to your organisation such as exporting data
Intake requirements
- Minimum of three months of work experience with Microsoft Windows
- Avaya Site Administration course
