Avaya Site Administration
This course will be suitable for those who use the Avaya Site Administration application to provide the daily management in relation to the Communication Manager System and the voice mail system if applicable.
Course content
You will learn how to independently manage system and user aspects during this course. The Avaya Site Administration course serves as the basis for all follow-on courses related to the Communication Manager System. Administrators should follow this course even when your organisation only has a contact centre environment.
The following subjects will be discussed:
- How to handle the user interface
- Configuration of the Communication Manager System
- Cover paths and call pick-up groups
- Class of Service (COS)
- Class of Restriction (COR)
- Create, duplicate, remove and move devices
- Use of wizards and planning jobs
- Announcements and the use of Val manager
- Optional: special facilities for your organisation
Intake requirements
- Minimum of three months of work experience with Microsoft Windows

- The group size will amount to no more than 6 students.
