Modular Messaging

This course will be suitable for those who are responsible for the management of the voice mail environment. Modular Messaging is the newest voice mail system of Avaya that is linked to your Communication Manager System.

Course content

You will learn how to independently manage and generate system and user aspects related to your voice mail system during this course.

The following subjects will be discussed:

• How to use the configuration of Avaya Modular Messaging
• How to handle the management interface of Mailbox Manager
• How to handle the management interface of Internet Explorer
• How to handle the management interface and specific facilities of ASA
• How to create, modify and delete subscribers
• How to monitor users
• System setting and backups
• Specific facilities; all management tasks for the voice mail environment for your organisation 

Intake requirements

• Minimum of three months of work experience with Microsoft Windows and Internet Explorer
• Avaya Site Administration course
