Least Cost Routing

This course will be suitable for those who are responsible for the operational and/or technical management of the Definity/Multivantage Server within their organisations.

Course content

You will learn how to independently program Least Cost Routing on the Definity/Multivantage Server and how to modify the programming during this course. You will also learn how to independently check and modify call restrictions and protections.

• Technical preconditions and facilities within Definity/Multivantage Server
• Number plan and uniform dialing plan (UDP)
• Automatic Alternate Routing (AAR)
• Automatic Route Selection (ARS)
• Class of Restriction (COR)
• Route Patterns & Partition Routing Tables
• Toll Analysis
• Facility Restriction Levels (FRL)

Intake requirements

• Avaya Site Administration (ASA) course
• Sound knowledge of programming in relation to the Definity/Multivantage Server
