Intuity Audix LX

This course will be suitable for those who are responsible for the management of the voice mail environment within their organisations. Intuity Audix LX is the voice mail system of Avaya that is linked to your Definity/Multivantage server or that has been integrated in the shape of Intuity Audix IA770.

Course content

You will learn how to independently manage and generate system and user aspects related to your voice mail system during this course.

The following subjects will be discussed:

• How to configure Intuity Audix LX
• How to handle the management interface of Internet Explorer
• How to handle the management interface and specific facilities of ASA
• How to create, modify and delete subscribers
• How to monitor users
• Specific facilities; all management tasks for the voice mail environment for your organisation

Intake requirements

• Minimum of three months of work experience with Microsoft Windows and Internet Explorer
• Avaya Site Administration course

• The group size will amount to no more than 6 students.
