Management of the CMS system
This course will be suitable for those who are responsible within your organisation for the daily management of the Avaya Call Management System.
Course content
You will learn how to independently perform the management tasks of the Call Management System (CMS) during this course. The course will discuss management-related aspects that are linked to the report and management system of Avaya; the Call Management System (CMS).
The following subjects will be discussed:
- How to handle the user interfaces of Avaya Supervisor and Avaya Terminal Emulator
- CMS configuration and link to the Communication Manager System
- Create log-ins and assign permissions to users
- System maintenance and making backups
- Contact centre administration
- Specific facilities of your organisation
Intake requirements
- Minimum of three months of work experience with Microsoft Windows
- Work with Avaya Supervisor course
Group size and course location
- The group size will amount to no more than 6 students.
