Calacsy or Florin cost registration

This course will be suitable for those who use the Calacsy or Florin package to retrieve and/or interpret reports about telephone costs and/or to report to management about these costs.

Course content

You will learn to retrieve reports from your system and to interpret these based on examples during this course. The following subjects will be discussed:

• How to handle the user interface
• The different menu options
• How to retrieve, read and interpret reports
• How to export data
• How to retrieve system settings

Intake requirements

• Minimum of three months of work experience with Microsoft Windows.
  

Group size and course location

• The group size will amount to no more than 6 students.
• This course can be given either at our location in Woerden or at your location. Contact our course coordinator if you have any questions about setting up the classroom for the course.

Course duration

• The course will be provided in 1 day (9.30 to 15.00h).
