Avaya Custom Reports
The course will be suitable for contact centre managers, supervisors and administrators who will be using the facilities of Custom Reports to write reports.
Course content
You will learn to modify reports form the Call Management System (CMS) and to write new reports during this course.
The following subjects will be discussed:
- How to handle the user interface of Avaya Terminal Emulator
- CMS data transfer and configuration
- Step-by-step plan for report design
- ScreenPainter
- How to design and modify reports
- CMS Dictionary, variables and formulas
Intake requirements
- Minimum of three months of work experience with Microsoft Windows
- Work with Avaya Supervisor course and approximately 3 months working experience with this package
- Recommended: Interpret CMS Reports course
Group size and course location
- The group size will amount to no more than 6 students.
