Avaya Report Designer

This course will be suitable for those who will be using the facilities of Report Designer to write reports.

Course content

You will learn to modify reports form the Call Management System (CMS) and to write new reports during this course. Graphics-orientated reports will be given high priority.

The following subjects will be discussed:

• Dealing with the user interface and integration in the Avaya Supervisor application
• CMS data transfer and configuration
• Step-by-step plan for report design
• Use of Report Manager
• How to design and modify graphics reports
• Work with CMS Dictionary, variables and formulas

Intake requirements

• Minimum of three months of work experience with Microsoft Windows
• Work with Avaya Supervisor course
• Avaya Custom Reports course
• Recommended: Interpret CMS Reports course

• The group size will amount to no more than 6 students.
• This course can be given either at our location in Woerden or at your location. Contact our course coordinator if you have any questions about setting up the classroom for the course.
