Course content

You will learn how to work with your voice mail system based on exercises and practical examples during this course. We will only discuss facilitates that are available to you. Ensuring optimal accessibility to your organisation is given the highest priority.

The following subjects will be discussed:

• How to record and activate greetings
• How to generate passwords
• How to use menu options
• How to listen, answer, pass on and delete messages

 Intake requirements

• Device course related to the device type that you use.
  

Group size and course location

• The group size will amount to no more than 3 students.
• The course will be provided at your location. Contact our course coordinator if you have any questions about setting up the classroom for the course.

Course duration

• The course will be provided in 1 hour. If the course is being provided as an additional course that immediately follows on from the device course, the course duration will amount to half an hour.
