This course will be suitable for those who use one of the telephone device types below:

• Avaya 8403B or 9403B
• Avaya 6402 or 6408
• Avaya IP Hardphone 4601

Course content

You will learn how to work with your digital Avaya telephone device based on exercises and practical examples during this course.

The following subjects will be discussed:

• How device facilities work
• How to use functions such as connecting calls and setting up conference calls
• How to use codes to activate device facilities
• Abbreviated dialling
