This course will be suitable for those who use one of the telephone device types below:

• 8410D or 9410D
• 6402D, 6408D(+) or 6416D(+)
• 2402, 2410 or 2420
• IP Hardphones 4602, 4606, 4612, 4624, 4610, 4620, 4621 or 4625SW

Course content

You will learn how to work with your digital Avaya telephone device based on exercises and practical examples during this course.

The following subjects will be discussed:

• How to handle the fixed keys on your device
• How to handle the variable keys on your device
• How to use various lines
• How to use functions such as putting through calls, setting up conference calls, call pick-up and follow me
• How to use the menu options and display information
• How to use the directory to search for names

Intake requirements

• There are no intake requirements that participants must meet in relation to this course.

• The group size will amount to no more than 10 students.
