This course will be suitable for those who use one of the telephone device types below:
- Callmaster III, IV, V or Callmaster 4622SW
- 6416D(+) or 6424D(+)
- 2410 or 2420
- IP Hardphones 4610, 4620, 4621 or 4625SW
Course content
You will learn how to work with your contact centre device based on exercises and practical examples during this course. Attaining an optimal processing of your contact centre calls is given the highest priority.
The following subjects will be discussed:
- Contact centre environment and agent statuses
- How to use various lines
- How to use functions such as connecting calls and setting up conference calls
- How to use the display information
- VuStats contact centre information
- How to use specific facilities within your organisation
Intake requirements
- There are no intake requirements that participants must meet in relation to this course.
Group size and course location
- The group size will amount to no more than 10 students.
- The course will be provided at your location. Contact our course coordinator if you have any questions about setting up the classroom for the course.
