This course will be suitable for those who use one of the applications below:
- Avaya IP SoftPhone in VoIP mode
- Avaya IP SoftPhone in combination with a fixed device
Course content
You will learn how to work with this telephone application and to use it optimally during this course based on exercises and practical examples.
The following subjects will be discussed:
- How to handle the user interface
- How to use various lines
- How to use functions such as connecting calls and setting up conference calls
- How to use the menu options and display information
- How to use the call history and directory
Intake requirements
- Minimum of three months of work experience with Microsoft Windows.
Group size and course location
- The group size will amount to no more than 6 students.
