You will learn how to work with your Dect type wireless device based on exercises and practical examples during this course.
The following subjects will be discussed:
- Conditions and options of the Dect system
- Accessibility with Dect
- How to answer and park calls
- How to use functions such as connecting calls and setting up conference calls
- How to automatically redial
- How to program and use the abbreviated dialling options
- How to use specific facilities within your organisation
