IP Agent
This course will be suitable for those who use one of the application types below:
- Avaya IP Agent in VoIP mode
- Avaya IP Agent in combination with a fixed device
Course content
You will learn how to work with this telephone application during this course based on exercises and practical examples. The emphasis of the course lies on the operation of the agent application (IP Agent) within the contact centre. Attaining an optimal processing of contact centre calls is given the highest priority.
The following subjects will be discussed:
- The ACD environment and agent statuses
- How to handle the user interface of IP Agent
- How to use various lines
- How to use functions such as connecting calls and setting up conference calls
- How to use the call history and directory
- How to use specific facilities within your organisation
Intake requirements
- Minimum of three months of work experience with Microsoft Windows.

- The group size will amount to no more than 10 students.
