Connecsy

This course will be suitable for operators and receptionists that use the Connecsy operator console.

Course content

You will learn how to work with your PC operator console based on exercises and practical examples during this course. Attaining an optimal processing of incoming calls is given the highest priority.

The following subjects will be discussed:

• How to handle the user interface
• How to use various lines
• How to use functions such as connecting calls and setting up conference calls
• Operation of the console
• How to use the database
• How to manage personal information
• How to use the day and night modes and how to deal with alarm reports

 Intake requirements

• Minimum of three months of work experience with Microsoft Windows.
