Attendant Console
This course will be suitable for operators and receptionists who work or will be working with an Attendant Console control unit.
Course content
You will learn how to work with your control unit during this course based on exercises and practical examples. The objective is to ensure the best possible handling of incoming calls.
The following subjects will be discussed:
- How to operate the console
- How to use various lines
- How to use functions such as connecting calls and setting up conference calls
- How to work with day and night modes
- What to do when emergencies are reported
