Nationale Postcodeloterij is training 250 employees using our e-learning facility

The member service of the Goede Doelen Loterijen charity group known from the Nationale Postcode Loterij, the Sponsor Loterij and the BankGiro Loterij will soon be starting to use a new member administration system. This means that 250 employees must be trained in the use of the new system in the short-term.

Text, image, animation and interactive exercises

We have defined a course programme that consist of a number of components for this specific issue in close partnership with the member service. Firstly, there is an introduction course for all employees to become acquainted and to accept the new system. In addition, there is an extensive course in which very frequently performed actions such as changes related to customer information and logging on and off are discussed. Text, image, animation and interactive exercises are used in relation to this. Both components are concluded with a test. We use a Learning Management System (LMS) to measure the knowledge level of employees and the use of the e-learning application.

Employees enjoy being able to set their own pace

"We have decided to use e-learning because a large group of employees needs to be trained in a very short period of time. We can also train new employees in the future with this e-learning solution," sais Roel Eleveld (Member Service Manager). Development and maintenance

The member service has concluded an agreement for any modifications that may be required to guarantee continuity. We are also training a few employees within the member service to ensure they can make small modifications in the e-learning application by using the supplied software.
