The e-learning portal offers access to a full customised course regarding all modern Avaya telephones. We currently have courses available for telephone types: 1603, 1608, 1616, 2410, 2420, 4602, 4610, 4620, 4621, 6408 (D+), 9620 en 9630, and for the Audix and Modular Messaging voice mail systems. Courses for Avaya Mobile applications are being developed.

The Avaya Learning Portal contains e-learning courses in many languages. By default, all courses are available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, French, German and Dutch!
